2024 Quantum Healing Yoga Retreat

What to Expect

Yoga
All levels Yoga will be offered twice a day for you to enjoy. There will be opportunities for a Sunrise Yoga on the beach, outside, inside, in a box, with a fox, (just kidding! but you get the idea).

Meditation
Daily Meditation or Sound Healing Meditations will be offered.

Water Sports
There are SUP boards and kayaks available at the property and you can hop right on the canal from the back yard and head to Turkey Creek where you could see Manatee, turtles, cranes, gators, beautiful homes, and a preserve that makes you feel like you're in the jungle. There is also a heated pool right out the back door for you to enjoy.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing Baths will be offered every day as an option to participate in. Individual sound healing sessions with tuning forks will also be offered.

Reiki or Massage
That's right! We are bringing them to you! You will have the option to sign up for either a massage or reiki session included in the price!

We will have someone coming to educate us on essential oils and provide you with your own custom mix. There will be opportunity for shopping, botanical garden outings, beach days, fire pit evenings and more! There will be a private chef and meals are all organic with gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
